I've been quietly building beautiful worlds online since 2009.
Long before I knew what digital strategy was, I was simply a creative girl with a laptop, an idea, and a belief that the things we make can become little worlds of their own.
Since then, I've built brands, blogs, communities, courses and creative businesses, learning how to tell stories and grow an audience without losing the soul of the work.
This is the story of how I got here, what I've learnt along the way, and why I believe the most meaningful digital work isn't about being louder, but about being more deeply yourself.

1990s
I've always lived at the intersection of beauty, story and meaning. My studies in art history, music history and literature gave me a lens through which I see the world, and eventually, the work I create for others. I learned to look at brands, content and communities not simply as things to be marketed, but as living stories with their own character, history and visual language. That way of seeing has stayed with me ever since.

2007
At 16, I got my dream job Lush Cosmetics in Poole (the home of Lush!), and something clicked into place. Here was a brand built not simply around products, but around values, storytelling, ethics and genuine human connection. Those early years taught me that a powerful brand isn't created by clever marketing alone. It is built through the feeling people experience when they encounter your work, and the story they carry away with them. That lesson has quietly shaped everything I've built since.

2010
As my health made conventional work increasingly difficult, I began building something of my own. From my bed, with my hands, an Etsy shop and an enormous amount of imagination, I created Beauxoxo, a handmade accessories brand that grew from a tiny creative project into a global business. Along the way, my work was featured in Teen Vogue, ELLE and Cosmopolitan, worn by Little Mix and championed by Zoë Sugg, while thousands of customers became part of the little world I had created. Beauxoxo taught me something I could never have learnt from a textbook: how to build a world people want to belong to.

2018
In 2018, I was diagnosed with scleroderma alongside a number of chronic health conditions. After years of pushing myself far beyond what my body could sustain, I eventually had to close Beauxoxo. The grief was enormous. It wasn't simply a business I was leaving behind. It was a community, an identity and a world I had spent years building. But closing that chapter eventually gave me the opportunity to ask a much deeper question: What if I could create a life and a body of work that didn't require me to abandon myself in order to sustain it?

2020
The stillness of the early 2020s gave me space to listen differently. I found myself drawn deeply into mythology, archetypes, astrology, soul-making and the ancient stories beneath our modern lives. Writers and teachers such as Robert Ohotto, Caroline Myss, Michael Meade, Lucy H. Pearce and Sharon Blackie opened new doors in the way I understood creativity, meaning and a life of service. I began to recognise something that had been present all along: creating beauty, building community and tending meaning were not separate parts of my life. They were the thread running through all of it.

2022
From that realisation came The Academy of the Enchanted Arts, my online school devoted to art history, music history, literature, creativity and enchanted living. The Academy brings together so much of what I have spent my life learning: the arts, storytelling, beauty, history, imagination, wonderment and cultivating enchantment. It is my own living creative world that is both offline and online. And it taught me something else, too: I don't simply know how to build digital spaces. I know how to make them feel like somewhere worth entering.

2026
Today, I bring 17 years of building creative worlds online into a small, deeply intentional studio. I work with thoughtful creators and organisations whose work deserves more than a content calendar because it deserves to be understood, beautifully tended and given room to travel. Drawing on my background in art history, storytelling, creative entrepreneurship and digital world-building, I help you preserve, nurture and share the work you've already poured your heart into.

Let's have a gentle, no-pressure conversation about your work and how I might help it reach further into the world.
